For many years Farrington Nature Linc has employed staff from the same communities we serve to help provide our amazing summer field trip experiences. Now, we are going to turn our 8 week summer employment program into something much bigger!
In May 2019 we will begin hiring our first year round Teen Staff into our Teen Leadership Program. Staff will still have the same fun summer experience, but now they will also get the opportunity to go on nature adventures year round.
We will have fun while we learn critical life skills side by side with nature exploration skills.
