Come to our Maple Sugaring workshop for an introduction to the basic environmental science behind maple trees maple tapping;  a "show and tell" where you can interact with and learn about the natural materials and equipment used in maple tapping and sap boiling; a demonstration of sap boiling; a taste-testing of maple water and maple syrup; and a take-home craft activity where you will make a simple journal with natural materials and prompts that will deepen your connection with the natural world!

This event is open to all ages, but designed primarily for children ages 5-11 and their parents/caregivers.
