Join us for a beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga and Meditation class with Little Elephant Yoga’s own Julie Aronis! The class starts with centering and grounding exercises with attention to the breath, followed by a solid warm-up with some slow flow. Class will end with a short guided meditation prior to a nice relaxing savasana. No props will be provided please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and if you like blocks and strap. Stick around and make your own s’mores after class!
Julie Aronis of Little Elephant Yoga LLC has been regularly practicing yoga since 2008 and did her first 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Rishikesh Yog Peeth in Rishikesh, India in 2011. She completed her 300 hour Yoga Therapy training in 2014, and has successfully completed over seven trainings for children’s yoga, mindfulness and meditation, as well as trainings for vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and trauma informed yoga. In 2019 Julie became a certified meditation instructor through the Boston Buddha, Meditation for Everyone. During her free time Julie enjoys spending time with her rescue dog Charmin, family and friends, being outside and reading.
